Description
This is a management level role that will focus on talent acquisition, talent development and strategic implementation of HR policies and procedures for a large, global matrix organization. The Japan HQ is located in central Tokyo but the company has adopted a remote-working policy that allows all employees to have a combination of both on-site and off-site working schedules so this role will help facilitate that policy and implement initiatives to encourage engagement and employee development.
Requirements
Operations experience as a HRBP within a global, matrix organization (over 300 people)
People management experience and strategic HR implementation experience
Clear understanding of recent employment laws and practices for Japan
Experience with talent acquisition, vendor management and ATS systems
Experience with employee development and training
Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and upper management
