This is a management level role with a specialized recruitment agency in Kansai focused on the advertising and creative digital marketing sector.  The company is a global company with over 1,000 employees and around 60 people in Japan.  This position will cover the Kansai regions and the ideal person should reside in the Kansai area or be able to commute there on a regular basis.  Remote working is available but the person will need to be present in the offices on a regular basis and help develop the team.  

Core responsibilities are:

• hire, train, onboard and develop junior and senior consultants in the Nagoya, Osaka 
• act as a mentor and coach 
• build internal and external relationships
• have sales and P&L experience
• create, manage and track KPI and performance data
• report directly to the Country Manager
