This role will report to the executive board members and/or regional Country Manager/CEO to develop strategic business processes and operations across all areas of the company. The person needs to be able to analyze data and business processes and identify key areas where they can improve and develop realistic and cost-effective solutions related to the following areas:
talent acquisition and people development
financial tracking and P&L
change management initiatives
corporate policy
KPIs and performance management
Requirements
MBA or Financial related degree preferred
Native Japanese level with strong English ability to negotiate and communicate with global partners and stakeholders
Experience in large, global matrix organization
Experience implementing change management between domestic and global initiatives
