This is a strategic business development and operations role within a new business unit with a leading human capital management company in Japan. The role is focused on Japan and APAC region and will have P&L and people management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a clear history of results and a customer-centric, business and relationship development focus. The candidate needs to be able to drive the business but also be the face of the company and brand, so they have to have both professional and personal attributes that reflect the role.

3-5 years of consulting, recruitment or business process experience
Based in Japan but with APAC operations coverage ideal
Native Japanese language ability preferred, but no reluctance to working cross border and with different cultures
Business level English
People management skills preferred, but individual contributors with a desire to grow into leadership are also welcome
