THE TOUGHEST SEARCH IN JAPAN
In Japan, there is a lot of great food but it is often difficult to find food that you crave that tastes amazing. I was recently on a search to find a good Cobb Salad and was extremely disappointed with the results…until I visited the Oak Door at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi Hills and had the Cobb Salad prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Patrick Shimada. Hands down, the best Cobb Salad I have ever experienced. It is an experience.
