Manage compliance and regulatory activities for KPay Japan, including filing licenses and reports, leading regulatory audits, organizing the Compliance Committee, and developing annual compliance and training plans with professional auditor support.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Step 1: Application

Step 2: HR Interview
After the initial video call, we will send your profile to the HR team for review. If they are interested, we will coordinate interviews either online or in-person.
Step 3: Hiring Manager
If the HR team meeting goes well, they will arrange a meeting with the Hiring Manager where you can discuss more about the scope of the role and overall process. There may be some more meetings with he team members at this stage.
Step 4: Final Interview
Once you have met all the people in the team and discussed the overall job expectations, the company will review and move to the offer stage.
